We take your gray, washed out, moldy fence and return the beauty of the natural wood grain. Clean. Treat. Stain.
We remove surface dirt with our proprietary Stain-All cleaning system, then saturate the wood so the cleaning agent penetrates the cells and eradicates embedded mold and mildew.
We rinse the cleaning agent away and let the fence dry, normally 2-3 days depending on sun exposure. The wood lightens as the diseased tannins are extracted, and we continue until the moisture level is below 13%.
We apply Wood Defender, an American-made paraffin and natural-oil stain from Standard Paints, replacing the wood's natural oils with iron-oxide pigments to enhance the color, prohibit mold and mildew, and protect the fence from the harsh Chicago elements.
